WOW!, Frigging awesome…

I’m using a Dell Dimension 3000 (RIP my old PC) that does not have a AGP so I’m stuck with Win7 Basic style until I have enough $$$ for a PCI graphics card.

Style 7 has just made this PC bearable.

I used this program but how do you get these so called .style files? I searched customize.org and got no .styles.

Style7 is currently tested on W7 RC candidate. I’ll update it to work with Release versions once I have my own windows 7 installed.

Great idea, but …. I’ve got a problem. I use UxStyle, and normal Aero-enabled themes downloaded eg. from DeviantArt are working (= UxStyle is obviously active).
But themes applied by Your application not. Windows turns each to “classic”. For example Nyz.style visible on Your screenshot is displayed differently at my system, as truncated classic, taskbar looks awfull like Win98.
No aero / transparency. Windows Aero diagnostic reports not Aero-enabled theme.

Also I’m not sure about path. Program creates folder C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\style7, and inside are together all generated styles in paired files *.theme + *.msstyles. But all other working aero themes have different construction:

- C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\theme1
—- theme1.msstyles
—- Shell
—- MUI folder
- C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\theme1.theme

Can You please explain me what’s going on?
